This brand-new apartment offers a cosy and warm décor so you can enjoy your stay in Tahiti in complete serenity.
✽ The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and includes a private parking space.
It is laid out as follows:
✽ The living area is air-conditioned. It features a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle. You will also find a dishwasher and induction cooktops. The fridge also includes a freezer compartment.
All necessary tableware and cooking utensils are provided. Everything has been designed so you feel right at home!
✽ The living room features a latest-generation LED TV with synchronized LED lighting. It is a smart TV allowing you to log in to your preferred streaming account (not provided). Board games and books are also available for your cosy evenings or rainy days.
✽ A dining counter space is provided for indoor meals.
✽ A semi-covered terrace offers a mountain view for outdoor dining. It includes a table and two chairs.
✽ The separate bedroom is air-conditioned. It features a king-size bed (180 cm) with hotel-quality mattress. High-end Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided. The bedroom also includes a small wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
✽ The separate bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A laundry area is available in the bathroom and includes a washing machine, dryer, as well as a drying rack and cleaning accessories if needed.

Free cancellation up to 1000 day(s) before arrival, then 25% cancellation fee up to 40 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 15 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 40 days before the check-in date. If the arrival is scheduled within 40 days or less, full payment of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking date and time (local time of the rental location) and the arrival is scheduled 40 days or more away, all amounts paid will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and the arrival is scheduled within less than 48 hours, the full amount of the stay will be retained, with no possibility of refund.
Cancellation 40 Days or More Before Arrival and More Than 48 Hours After Booking
For any cancellation made 40 days or more before the arrival date and after a period of 48 hours following the booking, 25% of the total stay amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance, meaning75% of the total amount, will be refunded, regardless of the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation Between 15 and 40 Days Before Arrival
Any cancellation made between 15 and 40 days before the arrival date will result in the retention of 50% of the total stay amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded, regardless of the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival
Any cancellation made less than 15 days before the arrival date will result in the retention of the full stay amount, with no possibility of refund.
