Free cancellation up to 1000 day(s) before arrival, then 25% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 15 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.

Note: throughout this policy, the term "deposit" refers to the first payment made at the time of booking, corresponding to 50% of the total reservation amount. The remaining balance (50%) is due no later than 40 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING
In the event of a cancellation made within 48 hours of the date and time of booking (local time of the booking location):
If arrival is scheduled 30 days or more from the cancellation date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If arrival is scheduled less than 48 hours from the cancellation date, the entire stay amount will be retained, with no possibility of refund.
If arrival is scheduled between 48 hours and 30 days from the cancellation date, the rules below ("Cancellation between 15 and 30 days" or "Cancellation less than 15 days") apply depending on the arrival date.

CANCELLATION 30 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVAL (and more than 48 hours after booking)
For any cancellation made 30 days or more before the arrival date, and after a 48-hour period following the booking, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, i.e. 25% of the total reservation amount.
In practice, the establishment always retains 25% of the total reservation amount (equivalent to 50% of the deposit), regardless of the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation. The remainder of the amount actually paid is refunded. Thus:
a client who has only paid the deposit (50% of the total) will be refunded 25% of the total;
a client who has paid the full stay in advance (100% of the total) will be refunded 75% of the total, with the establishment always retaining the same 25%.

CANCELLATION BETWEEN 15 AND 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Any cancellation made between 15 days (inclusive) and 30 days (exclusive) before the arrival date will result in the establishment retaining 50% of the total reservation amount. The remainder of the amount actually paid is refunded. Thus:
a client who has only paid the deposit (50% of the total) will not be refunded any amount, as the deposit exactly matches the amount retained;
a client who has paid the full stay in advance (100% of the total) will be refunded 50% of the total, with the establishment always retaining the same 50%.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Any cancellation made from the 15th day before the arrival date onward (15 days or less) will result in the entire stay amount being retained, with no possibility of refund. If the client has only paid the deposit at the time of cancellation, the remaining balance is still due in full, in accordance with the reservation's payment terms.

NO-SHOW (ABSENCE WITHOUT PRIOR CANCELLATION)
In the event the client does not show up on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, the same rules as for a cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival will apply: the entire stay amount will be retained, with no possibility of refund.

DATE CHANGE (RESCHEDULING THE STAY)
The client may request to reschedule their stay to a later date, subject to the following conditions:
The rescheduling request must be made more than 20 days before the originally scheduled arrival date (a request made 20 days or less before arrival will be declined).
The new arrival date must fall within a maximum of 3 months after the originally scheduled arrival date.
Once the stay has been rescheduled, the client retains the option to notify a cancellation, but this will not entitle them to any refund, regardless of when it occurs. The cancellation rules described above (based on time periods) do not apply to an already-rescheduled stay: the entirety of the amounts paid will be retained by the establishment.
