The space

This rental is the upper floor of a house (accessible only by stairs).

You will be staying on a property shared with the owner. The apartment is located upstairs and is entirely reserved for your private use. The swimming pool, as well as the garden, is shared.

Located on the upper floor of a house, this independent apartment offers an ideal setting for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The owners live on the ground floor, but both areas are completely separate, ensuring your privacy.

Access is via a private staircase leading directly to a terrace overlooking the pool and offering a wide panoramic view of the ocean. On this terrace, you will find a table for 4 people as well as an outdoor cooking area, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped with utensils, dishes, a kettle, and a toaster. A small lounge area with a sofa allows you to relax.

The large bedroom includes:
• A queen-size bed (160 cm) with a high-quality mattress and premium linens
• A desk and a television with access to Netflix and Canal+ (local channels and movies)
• A wardrobe and storage spaces
• Powerful air conditioning, capable of cooling the entire apartment

A second sleeping area is set up in the main room, with a queen-size bed (160 cm).
Both sleeping areas are equipped with fans. The air conditioning in the main bedroom is designed to cool the entire apartment.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet.

Bed linen (sheets, towels, dish towels) is provided. Blackout curtains ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

Outside, the pool area is equipped with deckchairs for your relaxation. The pool is shared with the owners when they are present. You can also enjoy the garden, trampoline, and ping-pong table for fun moments with family or friends.

30 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from Papeete. 10 minutes from the first surf spots and the famous Pointe Venus beach.

Please note: The apartment is not suitable for young children. You can refer to the photos to better understand the layout of the property. Access is only via a staircase, which does not have a safety gate at the upper level. The balcony is secured for adults (see photos), but it may be dangerous for young children.

Guest access

Access to the property is through two secure gates located within a residential community. A parking space is reserved for your vehicle.
The apartment is located upstairs and is accessible by stairs. Guests have exclusive access to the upper floor of the house, which is entirely private and not shared.
The swimming pool may be used (shared with the owners when they are present). The ground floor is entirely reserved for the owners and is not part of your rental.
Access to the laundry area is provided for reasonable use.
A car is required to reach the property.

The apartment, located on the upper floor of a house, is only 5 minutes from the main road. This road leads directly to the famous Pointe Venus beach, known for its unique black sand. The beach is equipped for relaxing afternoons: restaurants, parking, showers, and restrooms. Surf spots are nearby. At the bottom of the road, you’ll find a supermarket, pharmacy, and medical office. Within 10 minutes, a shopping center offers various stores, groceries, and boutiques.
