Free cancellation up to 1000 day(s) before arrival, then 25% cancellation fee up to 40 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 15 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 40 days before the arrival date. If the arrival is scheduled within 40 days or less, the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation within 48 hours of booking
In the event of cancellation made within 48 hours of the date and time of booking (local time of the booking location) and if the arrival is scheduled for 40 days or more, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours and the arrival is scheduled for less than 48 hours, the total amount of the stay will be retained, with no possibility of refund.
Cancellation 40 days or more before arrival and more than 48 hours after booking
For any cancellation made 40 days or more before the arrival date and after a 48-hour period following the booking, 50% of the deposit will be refunded (i.e., 25% of the total booking amount).
Cancellation between 15 and 40 days before arrival
Any cancellation made between 15 and 40 days before the arrival date will result in a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival
Any cancellation made from the 15th day before the arrival date will result in the retention of the full amount of the stay, with no possibility of refund.
