Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 40 days before the check-in date. If the arrival is scheduled within 40 days or less, full payment of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking date and time (local time of the rental location) and the arrival is scheduled 40 days or more away, all amounts paid will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and the arrival is scheduled within less than 48 hours, the full amount of the stay will be retained, with no possibility of refund.

Cancellation 40 Days or More Before Arrival and More Than 48 Hours After Booking

For any cancellation made 40 days or more before the arrival date and after a period of 48 hours following the booking, 25% of the total stay amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance, meaning75% of the total amount, will be refunded, regardless of the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Between 15 and 40 Days Before Arrival

Any cancellation made between 15 and 40 days before the arrival date will result in the retention of 50% of the total stay amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded, regardless of the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival

Any cancellation made less than 15 days before the arrival date will result in the retention of the full stay amount, with no possibility of refund.
